Additional source of mucus, lignans, vitamin B complex. It promotes normalization of gastrointestinal functioning, reduction of inflammatory manifestations in case of gastritis and gastric ulcer, improvement of metabolic processes in the body. It has enveloping properties.

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Bran contains up to 18% of fiber. Natural fiber is a composition of dietary fibres that are not digested by the enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract of a human, but are fermented successfully and participate in nutrition of the large intestine flora. Its complex effect on the digestive system lies in intensification of peristalsis (mechanical irritation of stomach and intestine walls when swelling), improvement of bile and enzymes secretion. Fibres begin swelling already in the stomach: by irritating nerve endings of the stomach, fibres create illusion of satiety, reduce appetite. Bran is suitable for body weight stabilizing programs as bread substitute. Effect of bran is conditioned by dietary fibres, contained therein. Dietary fibres bind cholesterol, which is why bran is recommended for prevention of atherosclerosis. Bran is used for prevention of intestinal dysbiosis, as dietary fibres (fiber) function as growing medium for normal gut flora. Thanks to the presence of dietary fibres bran particles are universal sorbent agents. Regular bran intake will help getting rid of constipations and prevent their recurrence in future.

APPLICATION

Adults: add a glass (200 ml) of boiling water to 1 tablespoon of seeds, let it infuse for 15 minutes. Take ½ glas a day with food. Term of use – 1 Month.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Individual sensitivity to individual components, children under 12. It is not recommended in case of acute and chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract with diarrhoea syndrome, gastric and duodenal ulcers and other erosive damages of the gastrointestinal tract in exacerbation stage, peritoneal comissures.
