Alpha-lipoic acid – 240.0 mg, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) – 100.0 mg. Excipients: potato starch – 56.0 mg, bulking agent calcium stearate – 4.0 mg.
Alpha-lipoic acid (ALC) is a natural mitochondrial complex coenzyme, catalyzing oxidative decarbonization of alpha-keto acids (piruvate and α-ketoglutarate), regulates aerobic processes of energy formation in the cell, takes an important place in utilization of carbohydrates and in normal energy metabolism in the cell, it helps reducing blood glucose level, thus reducing risk of diabetes mellitus, has positive effect on lipid profile. ALC is a powerful endogenous and exogenous antioxidant, reduces high risk of oxidative cell damage, what hampers their age-related ageing. ALC has positive effect on the brain function, improves memory, mood and cognitive functions, and optimizes liver function.
Adults take 1-2 capsules a day after eating, wash down with water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Minimum term of use – 2 months. Repeat if necessary. Your healthcare provider can change daily dose and the term of use.

Patients with diabetes mellitus: sugar reducing effect of insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs can be intensified, which is why especially at the initial stage of dietary supplement intake close blood glucose level monitoring is advised. To avoid hypoglycemic symptoms dose reduction of insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs may be necessary in some cases.
