Additional source of dietary fibres, amino acids, carotenoids, vitamin B complex, macro- and microelements. It promotes normalization of gastrointestinal tract functioning, elimination of toxic substances from the body, reducing appetite and body weight stabilizing. It has conditioning properties.

Bran contains up to 18% of fiber. Natural fiber is a composition of dietary fibres that are not digested by the enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract of a human, but are fermented successfully and participate in nutrition of the large intestine flora. Its complex effect on the digestive system lies in intensification of peristalsis (mechanical irritation of stomach and intestine walls when swelling), improvement of bile and enzymes secretion. Fibres begin swelling already in the stomach: by irritating nerve endings of the stomach, fibres create illusion of satiety, reduce appetite. Bran is suitable for body weight stabilizing programs as bread substitute. Effect of bran is conditioned by dietary fibres, contained therein. Dietary fibres bind cholesterol, which is why bran is recommended for prevention of atherosclerosis. Bran is used for prevention of intestinal dysbiosis, as dietary fibres (fiber) function as growing medium for normal gut flora. Thanks to the presence of dietary fibres bran particles are universal sorbent agents. Regular bran intake will help getting rid of constipations and prevent their recurrence in future.

Chemical composition of the product includes beta-carotene, vitamins А, В1, В2, В5, В6, В9, С, D, E, K, H and РР, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese, iron, chlorine and sulphur, iodine, chromium, fluorine, molybdenum, boron, vanadium, tin, and titanium, silicon, cobalt, nickel and aluminium, phosphor and sodium.


Adults and children over 12 take 1-2 tablespoons twice a day with food with sufficient amount of liquid (water or kefir). Term of use is 1 month. It is pending to wash bran with 1-2 glasses of liquid and to drink at least 2 l of pure water a day.
Bran is ready for intake and do not require additional thermal processing, it can be used both as a separate product of added to porridge, yogurt, kefir, salads and for bakery. Due to the ability of bran to absorb much liquid and fill gastric volume it is included in Dukan diet etc.
