INDICATIONS FOR USE
It is an additional source of biologically active substances of plant origin. It promotes general health improvement, improvement of bronchopulmonary system function during seasonal catarrhal diseases, relieving dry and productive cough. It has expectorative properties.
COMPOSITION
Linden leaves — 0.3 g, St.-John’s-Wort (hypericum) herb — 0.225 g, marjoram herb — 0.21 g, thyme herb — 0.15 g, Glycyrrhiza glabra roots — 0.12 g, coltsfoot leaves — 0.12 g, Althaea roots — 0.12 g, sage leaves — 0.105 g, elecampane (inula) roots — 0.105 g, elder flowers — 0.045 g.
DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING SUBSTANCES
Linden has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, diaphoretic, expectorative, diuretic, analgesic effect. It has moderate bactericidal and sedative action, as well as light choleretic and spasmolytic properties. Linden flowers are used for cough and bronchitis, cold, ARI, flu and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.
St.-John’s-Wort (hypericum) is used to treat angina, tonsillitises and other inflammatory diseases of the throat and the upper respiratory tract.
Marjoram has spasmolytic, haemostatic, diaphoretic, expectorative, analgesic and disinfecting properties.
Thyme has expectorative, antibacterial, spasmolytic and analgesic effects. It is used in complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory respiratory diseases (tracheitises, bronchitises, laryngitises, bronchopneumonias).
Glycyrrhiza is used for upper respiratory tract diseases, mainly in case of presence of poorly discharged, thick and viscous secret – as an expectorative, anti-inflammatory product, softening cough.
Coltsfoot has anti-inflammatory and expectorative properties. It stimulates regeneration of damaged tissues and normalizes their function. It thins sputum, promotes its quick discharge, relieves inflammation and clears airways. It is used for treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases. It is effective for bronchitis, ARVI and ARD, flu, pneumonia, pleuritis, bronchial asthma etc. Coltsfoot leaves relieve cough, eliminate sputum, fight viruses.
Althea eases sputum discharge, relieves inflammation of the respiratory tract and throat. That is why it is used in case of bronchitis, pneumonia whooping cough. Its enveloping properties help relieving reddening and irritation of the pharyngeal mucosa, what eases and relieves itch in the throat, which causes spastic cough. Althea root helps relieving cough in case of bronchial asthma.
Sage is used for cough, in case of inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and ARD. It is effective in case of tonsillitises and angina.
Elecampane (inula) is used as expectorative product in case of lungs tuberculosis, bronchitis, tracheitis and other inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract. It is used to treat flu, fever and ARD.
Elder helps treating pleuritis, pneumonia, bronchitis, tracheitis and other diseases, relieves inflammation. It is useful for treatment of pharyngeal diseases – angina, laryngitis, pharyngitis.

Put 1-2 bags in a pot and add a glass of boiling water, let it infuse for 10-15 minutes. Adults drink as tea thrice a day before meals. To improve the taste add some sugar or honey. Term of use – 3 weeks, repeat in a two weeks’ break if necessary.

Individual sensitivity to certain components, pregnancy and lactation, children under 12.
