Influence of lecithin on human body is enormous:

Silymarin has expressed hepatoprotective effect; it restores liver cells, provides antioxidative, detoxificative (neutralizing toxins and poisons) action. Silymarin prevents penetration of poisonous substances to liver cells and decomposes other poisons before they start affecting the liver adversely. It is the only known natural compound, protecting liver cells and restoring its functions as of today.
