Tablet: valerian extract – 30 mg, excipients.
Coating: sugar, purified water, magnesium carbonate, aerosil, titanium oxide, PVP, dye, iron oxide, carnauba wax.
Valerian has a versatile effect on the body. It is widely used for mild neurasthenia and psychasthenia, climacteric disorders, vegetoneuroses, cardiac neuroses, as well as for prevention and treatment at early stages of angina pectoris, essential hypertension, of some liver and bile ducts diseases, accompanied by gastric and intestinal spasms and glandular system secretion disorders. Valerian is often recommended together with other sedatives and cardiac medications, spasmolytics. Valerian preparations reduce CNS irritability, plus it provides calming effect slowly but rather stably. Patients feel no longer tense, have no increased irritability, their sleep is improved.
Adults and children since the age of 12 take 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day after meals, do not chew, wash down with sufficient amount of water.
Individual sensitivity to certain components, pregnancy, lactation, depression and other states, accompanied by CNS depression.
Precautions: Don’t drink alcohol whilen taking this dietary supplement.
