One 500 mg tablet contains: valerian (ground roots) – 300.0 mg, excipients.
One 400 mg capsules: valerian (ground roots) – 240.0 mg, excipients.
Valerian has been traditionally used mainly as a remedy, calming nervous system, having slight drowsy and spasmolytic effect. Due to its calming effect, valerian is especially widely used for cardiac neuroses, neurasthenic states, anxiety, alert, fears, menopausal disturbances, hysteria. It is used as a mild spasmolytic for esophageal cardiac artery spasm, spastic constipation, and flatus.
Adults take 1 tablet (capsule) twice a day with food, wash down with water. Term of use – 2-3 weeks.
