One 500 mg tablet contains: filler maltodextrin, filler lactose – 25.0 %, filler microcrystalline cellulose, filler potato starch, dry extract of valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L.) (China) – 5.0 % (25.0 mg), anti-caking agent calcium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
One 300 mg capsules: filler microcrystalline cellulose, dry extract of valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L.) (China) – 10.0 % (30.0 mg), calcium stearate anti-caking agent; gelatin capsule shell.
Tablets: adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day during meals, washed down with water. Do not exceed the recommended amount (dose) for daily consumption. Recommended period of consumption is 2-3 weeks.
