Echinacea – 180 mg, saw palmetto fruit extract – 48 mg, excipients.
DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING SUBSTANCES
Echinacea is a medicinal plant with a positive prolonged effect in case of various pathological states due to its ability to boost natural immunodefence. Echinacea’s biologically active compounds have immunostimulating, antibacterial, antiviral, detoxifying effects.
Saw palmetto is a rich source of biologically active components of plant origin. Saw palmetto fruit contain steroid compounds – phytosterols (phytosterins), lauric, myristic, oleic fatty acids, caratenoids, enzymes, tannins. Biologically active components of Saw palmetto fruit extract provide for elimination of prostate edema and inflammation, which often accompany prostate hyperplasia, reduce prostogladines amount, improve urine stream strength, reduce residual urine amount. Being natural components of plant cells membranes, phytosterols, which are equal to cholesterol by their structure, are easily combined with cholesterol receptors and block them, thus reducing cholesterol absorption and improving its excretion from the body.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Adult stake 1 capsule thrice a day with food. Term of use – up to one month, further the term of use and the possibility of repeated use are to be agreed with a doctor.
