Constipation of various origins (habitual, age-related, in persons with limited mobility), when the use of oral drugs is not possible. Suppositories “Glycerin” when applied rectally have a slight irritating effect on the mucous membrane and stimulate defecation by reflex. Soften stools and make them easier to remove. The effect occurs within 5-30 minutes.

Excipients: stearic acid, sodium bicarbonate, PEG-400.
Having previously released the suppository from the contour packaging, the suppository is used 1 piece 1 time per day 15-20 minutes after breakfast. The tool is used only rectally. The suppository is inserted into the rectum and kept there for at least 5 minutes if the stool does not occur earlier. The remains of suppositories are excreted from the body along with feces. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 suppositories per day. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using suppositories.
Suppositories with glycerin can weaken the effect of other drugs that are used rectally, a few hours interval must be observed. It is not recommended to use a course of treatment for more than 1 week.
Hypersensitivity to components, intestinal obstruction, renal failure, appendicitis, diarrhea, hemorrhoids in the acute stage, anal fissures, inflammation, rectal tumors, abdominal pain.

Allergic reactions, pain, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding are possible. In case of an overdose, frequent loose stools are possible (this phenomenon disappears on its own after discontinuation of the drug). With prolonged use, irritation of the rectum may occur. In these cases, the use of suppositories is stopped, it is recommended to apply rectally 10-15 ml of warm sunflower (olive, peach) oil.
