Promotes improvement of musculoskeletal apparatus functioning; improvement of vitamins A, D, E and K uptake in gastrointestinal tract; improvement of nerve cells functioning;
reduction of fatty liver, recovery of structure of its cells; normalization of cholesterol and fatty acids level in blood; stimulation of brain activity, memory activation; atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases prevention; improvement of immune system functioning and body premature ageing processes retardation.
Calcium citrate – 140 mg, collagen – 50 mg, vitamin C – 25 mg, lecithin – 25 mg, vitamin D3 – 0.0005 mg, excipients.
Main function of vitamin D3 consists in calcium and phosphor metabolism in body. It is necessary for active absorption of these minerals from intestines and their fixing in bone tissue. Vitamin D3 also regulates amino acids level in blood.
Calcium citrate is a salt of organic (citric) acid with high bioavailability. During reaction of calcium citrate with gastric juice, calcium ions are actively released and the remaining part of citric acid participates in energy formation. Due to its high bioavailability, calcium citrate is easily absorbed by the body irrespective of its age; it is not crystallized and does not lead to calculi formation.
Collagen is one of the most widespread proteins, present in the human body, which is an important structural element of connective tissue. In fact, it makes about 25% of all the proteins in the body. Tendons, bones, joints and cartilages, as well as teeth, bones, skin, hair and nails consist of connective tissue, which main component is collagen. Collagen is necessary for transformation of protein molecules into essential amino acids, such as alanine, glycine, histidine. These amino acids participate in metabolic processes in muscle and connective tissues. Amount of cross linkages in collagen molecule is increased with age, providing negative effect on its properties (its stability and elasticity are reduced), due to the fact the strength of cartilages, ligaments is reduced, bones brittleness and fragility is increased.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an important participant of metabolic processes in muscles; it also strengthens tooth enamel, nail plate and connective tissue; it is one of the main substances in human diet, which is necessary for normal functioning of connective and bone tissue. This is one of the most active antioxidants, hampering excess lipids (fats) oxidation in cell membranes, thus preventing their damage, what in its turn delays development of numerous diseases and body premature ageing.
Lecitin plays an important part in unfolding physiological processes in the human body: it promotes absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K); it is one of the main components of liver and protects it from noxious effect of toxic substances, preservatives, drugs, alcohol. In addition, lecithin is necessary for normal functioning of nerve cells, including for transmission of nervous impulses. Lecitin provides for normal lipid metabolism, providing for process of their digestion and decomposition; it prevents cirrhosis.
