Small-leaved linden (Tilia cordata Mill.) is a medicinal plant, used in officinal and folk medicine in Ukraine and other countries of the world. Linden flowers contain flavonoids, carbohydrates, organic acids, pectic substances, vitamins, essential oils and other biologically active compounds. They have astrigent, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effect. Its berries contain carbohydrates, organic acids – malic, citric, tartaric, succinic, salicylic acids, vitamins C, B1, B2, PP, A, folic acid, flavonoids, essential oils, macro- and microelements, including potassium and iodine, iron, copper, catechins, anthocyans, coumarins, phytosterins, dehydrosterin (vitamin D precursor).
Biologically active substances in linden impart it its anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic, anti-cold properties, provide slight sedative effect.

Method of Administration of NECTAREL Phytosyrups: adults – 1-3 teaspoons (or measuring spoons) 30 minutes before meals, children in the age over 12 – 1 teaspoon twice a day 30 minutes before meals. Course of administration is 25 days.
